Terms of Sale and Delivery

For all offers, deliveries and performance of Vetrarte apply only to general conditions of sale and delivery, even without explicit reference to them, or under conditions contrary to contract buyer or waive the conditions of sale and supply Vetrarte. Any conditions of contract of the principal differences from the present becomes binding only to the extent they have been expressly recognized by Vetrarte writing. In addition to these general conditions of sale and delivery apply any technical information and use on individual products as well as national and international.

Our offers are always made without obligation, unless expressly confirmed that the offer is a commitment. Orders that are sent to us will become binding only after our written order confirmation. The same applies for changes or additional agreements as well as for performance data. To carry out the work is determining the content of our order confirmation. The customer is obliged to immediately check our order confirmation. Differences with respect to its order must be announced forthwith in writing. In the event that was not formalized an order confirmation, the above is automatically accepted the offer, the transport document or invoice. In case of changes or cancellations of orders, the customer shall bear the costs arising up to that time. For reasons attributable to production, all products may give rise to costs already at 24 hours after transmission order, although the term we have indicated is much later..
